3. Data Processing for Shipping Purposes

To fulfill the contract under Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO, we pass on your data to the shipping service provider entrusted with the delivery, to the extent that this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods.

4. Data Processing for Payment Processing

In processing payments in our online shop, we work with these partners: technical service providers, credit institutions, payment service providers.

Google Analytics

For the purpose of website analysis, data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website) is automatically collected and stored using Google Analytics, from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. Cookies may be used for this purpose. When you visit our website from the EU, your IP address is stored on a server located in the EU to derive location data and is immediately deleted thereafter before the traffic is forwarded to further Google servers for processing. Facebook (by Meta) is responsible for the precise implementation, particularly the decision about the placement of the ads with individual users. Unless otherwise stated in the individual technologies, data processing is carried out based on a joint controller agreement pursuant to Art. 26 DSGVO. Joint responsibility is limited to the collection of data and its transmission to Meta Platforms Ireland. The subsequent data processing by Meta Platforms Ireland is not covered by this.

Social buttons from social networks are used on our website. These are only embedded as HTML links on the page, so that when you access our website, no connection is established with the servers of the respective provider.
