Cancellation Policy

 

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Products

 

For sales contracts involving goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB. By placing an order for custom-made products on the Farocchi online sales platform, the customer agrees that the right of withdrawal is excluded.

 

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dapper & Rama GbR, Pöckinger Straße 13B, 82319 Starnberg, Germany, info@farocchi.com, Phone: +49 152 23278092 / +49 152 23247800) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is attributable to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
